Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Please note that personalized or engraved watches are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure that the watch is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If the watch is deemed eligible for return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with an exchange authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that personalized or engraved watches cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Once we receive the exchanged item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the exchange criteria. If the watch is deemed eligible for exchange, we will process the replacement within 7-10 business days. Any price difference between the original and exchanged item will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective watch, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will require clear photos or videos of the damage or defect to assess the issue. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive the damaged or defective item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify the issue. If the watch is deemed eligible for return or exchange, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
